Never pay full price for Microsoft applications

That’s the message of a post by Rafe Needleman at CNET. He begins:

I don’t know why Microsoft attaches retail prices to it mainstream software products, Windows and Office. You have to be a loser to pay them.

Needleman then discusses various ways to pay less for Windows and Office.
