Anniversary
I started this blog two years ago yesterday and in that time there have been 1007 posts. I thank those who have been readers and hope you will continue with us as we survey the wonders (and the follies) of the computing world. Please do join in and give us your thoughts, too.
Anybody is welcome to email me using the function in the sidebar. Any email address will be kept strictly private. Making a public comment is also easy but does require registration. That is necessary because of the spammers. As it is, the site received tens of thousands of spam comments this year. I don’t know exactly how many because a lot are filtered out without a trace. Special software holds others for approval and so far this year, 15,611 spam comments have been held for approval and then dumped. I hope no legitimate comments were deleted by accident but it can happen. If you submit a comment and don’t see it published in a day or two, please email me.
And now let’s see what the next year brings.
