Vista SP1 beta
If you are one of those who are waiting for the first service pack for Vista before installing this newest Windows version, here’s some news. A beta version has been released to a select group of testers and some reports are trickling in. If you are curious about some of the very preliminary results here are some links:
One thing that the reports that I have read agree on is that the system is more responsive. For example, file copying and return from hibernation are faster.
