Tweak your LCD display settings to see better

Many PC users never consider changing the settings for their monitor. They just accept whatever default settings came with their system. If you have a new LCD, you may be giving yourself a headache for no good reason. A few adjustments can improve your viewing. PC World has a column with some suggestions. As Kirk Steers says

Think about this: You spend almost as much time in front of a computer monitor as you do sleeping. Shouldn’t you do everything you can to make your viewing as comfortable and trouble-free as possible? If you’ve recently upgraded to an LCD monitor, you should know that tuning one of these devices is not the same as tweaking a CRT display’s settings.
